Terms & Conditions
Please read all terms and conditions before requesting service:
- All residential appointments require a $50.00 deposit to book & secure appointment times, remaining balance due on the day of service when service is complete. All quotes will be sent via email. Upon scheduling, estimates will be converted to invoices, the appointment deposit and remaining balance invoices will be sent via email to be paid by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer online. We also accept Zelle and personal checks. By agreeing to New Level Cleaning Service cleaning services, you are required to pay the hourly rate per man hour from the beginning of service to the end of service at our hourly minimums. If times change at residential properties and it takes longer than expected, customer will pay the hourly rate per man hour until completion. Payments must be paid in full by or on the day of service. If customer refuses to pay, after 3 days (72 hours) a late fee of $50.00 will be applied.
- If cleaners are unable to attend residential cleaning appointments on the day of service, for any reason, we will refund the appointment deposit fee if we are unable to reschedule.
- To make sure we meet customers clean home expectations, we recommend customers make a thorough walk through of the property with us at the beginning of the appointment and after service has been complete, as we will not come back out for minor issues.
- If customers have a pet or multiple pets, or if the customer has come in contact with the flu, covid, or any contagious illnesses, all customers must notify New Level Cleaning Service prior to booking services. We value our employees and their health so please be sure to let us know so we can take the appropriate precautions prior to coming for an appointment.
- No refund claims will be given once the professional cleaning services have been carried out. If for any reason the Client is dissatisfied with any aspect they must notify the company within 24 hours and this will be rectified. By agreeing to schedule with New Level Cleaning Service, you as the customer understand this in entirety.
- If the Client needs to change a cleaning day or time the company will do its best to accommodate them. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
- If you feel that our cleaning was not up to par and notify us within 24 hours, we will schedule a time to come out and address areas of concern within 72 hours. If we are not able to remove paint or other residue using non-scratch methods, this does not mean the cleaning is free.
- If you fail to report a quality issue within 72 hours, we will not comeback out to the property.
- Cleaning materials are provided by New Level Cleaning Service. If you require us to use your solutions or equipment they must be safe to use & operate, in full working order and must not require any special skills to be used for the purpose of cleaning. Please advise us if you would prefer us to use your cleaning equipment. If the Client has equipment that is complicated to operate, the Client must provide clear and detailed instructions to cleaning agents. If the Client requires the pro cleaning cleaner to use their own materials and equipment including vacuum cleaner New Level Cleaning Service will not accept any liability should anything go wrong with either the equipment or the outcome of using it.
- Once New Level Cleaning Service arrives to your property, if the property is in a hoarder state or has bug infestation we have the right to refuse service if not disclosed before arrival, if we have taken an appointment deposit to book and secure the time slot and arrive to find the home is in that type of condition, the deposit is non refundable.
- If New Level Cleaning Service arrives to the home and or business and the business or home has not been cleaned in many years, we may change the hourly rate and or refuse service, please be sure to disclose all information before we arrive to your property.
- If a property has bulk clutter, New Level Cleaning Service does not take inventory over items. If trash is to be removed from property in bulk, we only trash what is recognizable as trash. Items that are to be sorted or kept, have to be designated as kept or have to be sorted prior to our arrival to the property by the owner. By proceeding with services with New Level Cleaning Service, you as the owner understand that we do not sort through items to designate what is to be kept, as we do not keep inventory or sort through items. It is the owners responsibility to sort through items and have things designated so we can carry out our services successfully. Please be sure to sort through your items if you have bulk items prior to our arrival to the property as we will not be liable for any lost items. (If property is in a hoarded state, has many animals, or if it has infestation, we will not service the property if we find out upon arrival.) Please let us know the condition of the home prior to our arrival.
- Lastly, New Level Cleaning Service will not be held liable for any pre-existing damages, please be sure to review all areas in your property you'd like us to clean for pre existing damages, before we arrive to your property.
