Please read all terms & conditions before requesting service!
All residential appointments require a non-refundable appointment deposit fee of $50.00 to book & secure appointment time slots. All payments and or remaining invoices are due within the dates stated on the invoice.
All estimates will be sent via email in writing. Upon scheduling, estimates will be converted to invoices, the invoices will be sent via email to be paid by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer online. We also accept Zelle and personal checks. We must receive the appointment deposit fee in order to book and secure your appointment time slot. No exceptions with residential clients.
To make sure we meet customers expectations, we recommend customers make a thorough walk through of the property with us at the beginning of the appointment and after service has been complete, as we will not come back out for minor issues.
No refund claims will be given once the cleaning service has been carried out. If for any reason the Client is dissatisfied with any aspect they must notify the company within 24 hours and this will be rectified. By agreeing to schedule with New Level Cleaning Service, you as the customer understand this in entirety.
Refund will be issued if a cleaner does not attend a cleaning visit, payment for which has been already received by the company.
If the Client needs to change a cleaning day or time the company will do its best to accommodate them. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
If construction is still in process during or after we clean, we cannot guarantee work done and you are still responsible for payment in full for cleaning services. If you feel that our cleaning was not up to par and notify us within 24 hours, we will come out and fix those items within 72 hours, assuming that the property was not occupied by construction crews or people getting it dirty again. We cannot guarantee that we can get back out for redo cleanings before your tenants move into the property. Due to certain surfaces being easy to scratch, we cannot guarantee that ALL hard floors will be 100% residue free to avoid us causing more damage. If we are not able to remove paint or other residue using non-scratch methods, this does not mean the cleaning is free.
If you report a quality issue to us after 24 hours or falls outside our guarantee, we will attempt to re-schedule your redo cleaning asap.
Cleaning materials are provided by New Level Cleaning Service. If you require us to use your solutions or equipment they must be safe to use & operate, in full working order and must not require any special skills to be used for the purpose of cleaning. Please advise us if you would prefer us to use your cleaning equipment.
If the Client has equipment that is complicated to operate, the Client must provide clear and detailed instructions to cleaning agents.
If the Client requires the cleaner to use their own materials and equipment including vacuum cleaner New Level Cleaning Service will not accept any liability should anything go wrong with either the equipment or the outcome of using it.
If you require additional appliances outside of what is listed on the invoice to be cleaned while doing a deep clean, subject to additional $50.00 fee.
Once New Level Cleaning Service arrives to your property, if the property is in a hoarder state or has bug infestation, appointment deposit is non-refundable and we have the right to refuse service if not disclosed before arrival.
If New Level Cleaning Service arrives to the home and or business and the business or home has not been cleaned in many years, we may incur additional fees and or refuse service, please be sure to disclose all information before we arriver to your property.
